Bill is a nationally published cartoonist and caricaturist who also spent 40 years as an IT Director and management consultant in Washington, DC.  Clients include: Price Waterhouse, USAF, Washington Post, National Academy of Sciences, Deliotte Touche, Watson Wyatt, AOL, Macy’s, National Association of Broadcasters, FNMA, and the World Resources Institute.  More complete list.

Bill is a member of the National Cartoonists Society and the National Caricaturists Network.  He has taught cartoon art courses at a community college, a private school, an adult education program and an art academy.  Bill now resides in Montford in beautiful Asheville, NC.  He keeps an online journal: Just Kidding.

Blue Ridge Cartoons is an enterprise designed to take what Bill loves doing to his new home in Asheville.  Cartoons are informal pictures that tell a story with humor (so people will listen,) in a simple format (so they will remember.)  That's all.
